Lucie is CEO and a principal at Birchbrook. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from Husson University and is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).  Lucie is Past President of the Wellspring Board of Directors, President of the Bangor Land Trust, and sits on the investment committees of several Bangor area nonprofit organizations.  Additionally, she is active with the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute and previously served as an Olympia’s Leaders Advisor at Bangor High. 

As she is on the other side of her career, Dawn has sought to be more involved in the community.  She has an interest in substance abuse and her friend, Lisa Skofield, brought her to Wellspring. Lisa’s 2015 Scholarship Bike Tour through northern and eastern Maine inspired Dawn to co-chair the first Wellspring Race for Recovery in 2016. She has served as chair or co-chair of the Wellspring Race for Recovery Committee since 2017. Dawn and Lee enjoy almost all outdoor activities.
